I brought my car in on Wednesday to have damage assessed and it was determined a new windshield was required. CSR Cory Shaw booked an appointment at my convenience, and the next day I dropped off my car, and was provided with a clean, well-maintained courtesy car. I received a call when my car was ready, and later that day returned to pick it up. The whole process was seamless and uncomplicated, and the windshield replacement was done perfectly. To my surprise and great pleasure, my car had also been washed and the interior detailed at no extra charge! Good morning Kevin, About two weeks ago my father-in-law (Mel Taylor) took his VW to your new Regent Ave store (the old JB Transmission location) to have his windshield replaced. He was very, very impressed with the outcome. Not only was his windshield visually clear (smiles) but so was his car. It had been detailed inside and out, and his motor had been washed. We have been to body a couple of times to get work done and were very happy with the service. We just got a newer car yesterday and when we parked it last nite it got a scratch down the side. The staff took us in right away and fixed it and even put on our new plates. Very friendly and helpful.
