I was very impressed with the concern they had when I pointed out what I thought something that may have been overlooked. It was not ,but they let show them and used a ruler and explain the difference of the leaf spring and I was giving a complete further check of alignment and proper control of vehicle after repair and it ended up to be better than new. The control and drift was gone. Also the paint match was better than factory as far as finish" orange peel" effect was none ,but factory had very minor "orange peel".To top it off the repair was done fast and it came with a complete detail that would of cost 300.00 at a detail shop. Greatest Customer service. GM Summer Akers was very professional, helpful and the time was extremely fast. Thank you Summer and Tech: Nathan who on his own time came in on Christmas to finish painting my Tahoe, b/c it was Christmas. Wow That is a wonderful Christmas story. The front office is wonderful! Everyone is helpful, polite and caring. I worked with Carrie C., she was great. Carrie thought my car would be a next day turn around, but the repair was completed the same day it was taken in. It doesn't look like it was ever damaged, it's like new again. It was a painless experience and if the need should arise again, I would return.
