I have never used Gerber Collision before...but I sure wouldn't go anywhere else now. Vans Alcain walked me through the entire process and delivered 100+ percent...every single problem was addressed and repaired well in excess of my expections...it's like having a brand new car. Added to the quality of the repairs...Vans was a delight to work with...he is so thoughtful and captured my confidence immediately. Also...the woman working the front desk...her name is Laura...was equally as helpful as Vans. I appreciate and thank them both. Jimmy took care of everything. From the initial dealings with the insurance company to helping me get my rental car returned to Enterprise! Now that is service!!!
