I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that Brad Akers provided to me, when I needed to return my truck for paint repair. It is unusual to find a business that readily agrees with you that something needs to be fixed that is not quite right and Brad stepped up to the plate and took excellent care of me. The people at the Woodinville location were very friendly and helpful with me. Everyone from the receptionist to the guys working in the back on the cars were awesome! The guys that worked on my car did a great job. The car looks brand new again. They also made me feel extremely comfortable that they would take good care of my car, and get it back to normal as soon as possible. The quality of their work truly is excellent. I will highly recommend all of my friends and family to Gerber Collision Woodinville.

I took my truck into Gerber Collision to have it repaired.. The service here was terrific I came to pick up the truck and noticed that the lower front cover was not fixed. I explained to Mike at the time that I wanted to use some of the money to repair the other side as well while it was in. I may have confused him, I meant to take some money off the fog light and not the cover. I called the store and spoke with the manager Reno who was very nice and very perfessional. He asked that I bring the truck in and he would get it takin care of right away. I took the truck back and they had me done in one day. I am very pleased with the shop and will refer all my friends and family.
