Very happy with the service Gerber provided. Everything was taken care of and done right on time. Customer service was great they answered all my questions to the best of their ability and if they didnt know they went out of their way to get me and answer. Bottom line though i was upset my car got hit Gerber made it a smooth transition.

"I was delighted to return to Gerber for repair of my mini-van after a rear impact last week on I-5. I came to Gerber first thing because I had a rear impact about 8 years ago and had a great experience getting my vehicle repaired. Dennis King was very helpful with an estimate, scheduling repairs and giving me a couple of cars during the week while my vehicle was here. I was impressed with his attention to keeping me briefed on my vehicle's progress. Geber here in Tacoma is where my "people" are and I would look to this site again if I were to face another accident that required autobody repair."

Job well done, they even finished my vehicle earlier than expected! This was greatly appreciated, as I have a newborn and needed a vehicle in case of emergency. This was my second time returning for collision repair, and I will continue to choose Gerber!

Everyone at Gerber was polite and extremely helpful. My car was repaired quickly and I got amazing results. I delt mostly with Reno, and he was very intelligent and I felt I could trust him with my car. I did not go through insurance and they took that into consideration with the price. They worked with me to make sure it fit in my budget. I would recommend Gerder to all my friends.

Andrew and Riley were TOPS! The personal care and information I was given were exceptional. I would recommend Gerber in Lacey, Wa. to anyone and EVERYONE.
