What can I say? They were simply outstanding. Professional, quality of work exceeded our high expectations, car was done even before they said to expect it. Brian Adams went out of his way to make sure all aspects of the operation were well understood by my wife & I. As a retired teacher I can really appreciate this. If this is an example of the Gerber model, particularly in an era of lack-luster performance, you at Gerber are truly unique.

Gerber Collision had great customer service and help me from start to finish. As soon as they got my claim, they called and set up an appointment and set me up with a rental vehicle. It was a very vast turn around to get my vehicle back and the staff was very friendly.

Wonderful customer service. Their employees kept me up to date with the status of my car. The pricing was fair and they even helped with finding other manufacturing parts to lower my cost. I had another vehicle here before and they did a great job. That's why I'm here again and I would recommend them to family and friends.
