A friend of mine from church had his car repaired several times at Gerber and when I had my mishap, he recommended I bring it to you. I was run into and this had to come out of my pocket. Des and the crew were very accomodating and efficient as they took me home and then delivered my car to me. They did quality work and only took 2 days. They are very professional and I would recommend them over and over. Thank you.

all my requests were addressed and repaired.. excellent service - I have used gerber before at the suggestion of my iunsurance company and have been thrilled with the service and the kindness of the staff - from the estimate to final pick up.. Hopefully I will not need to use them again but if the need arises, I would not hesitate to bring any vehicle of mine to them. I have also recommended them to many of my friends.

This is my third experience here at Gerber Collision located in Lacey, WA. And although they provide excellent customer service and have a extremely friendly staff I'm HOPING that I don't have to come back to get my car repaired anytime soon.
