When I entered Gerber collision this morning I was on the defense before I spoke to anyone as I have had bad experiences in the past with repair shops. I can say without reservation that my visit here has been exemplary. The store was clean, orderly and the team was in having a team meeting. The manager and the man working in the office were both very polite and informative, explaining the procedure of how and what they were doing with my jeep. I have scheduled the repairs to be next monday and am looking forward to seeing how the rest of my experience with this company works out. Thank you- LuAnne

Riley was awesome! and was very helpful. Every time she called every one of my questions was answered and the repair was complete over two weeks earlier than expected!!! This is my second visit to Gerber Collision and it seems every time I do business with this company the experience just gets better!
