I just moved to the Seattle area and was rear-ended. Fortunately, I was able to bring my vehicle to a repair group that does outstanding work, guarantees it for the life of the car, and has a staff that is extremely responsive, follows up where appropriate, and puts me at ease. This is one place I will be recommending to others should they have the need for repairs on their vehicles.

Brian was very helpful from the moment I walked into the business center to get my estimate on the damage to our car. He was very professional and thorough. He again met with me when I arrived of my appointment to have the car repaired and went over what was going to be done and provided me with an estimated completion day. Within a couple days he conatacted me twince to let me know the status and when the car would be ready. He is truly an asset to your company and makes sure the customer is taken care through the entire process. Thank you Brian!
