Amazing turn around! Although being upset from the accident, the service we have received at Gerber has been nothing short of refreshing. DES AND DENNIS HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT IN THEIR SERVICE AND PERSONABLENESS. DES HAS KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON MY VEHICLE'S REPAIRS AND PARTS ORDER PROCESS. I WOULD DEFINITELY BE BACK AND HAVE BEEN TWICE BEFORE. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I HAVE WORKED IN THE INSURANCE CLAIMS PROCESS PREVIOUSLY AND I KNOW HOW DIFFICULT SHOPS CAN BE TO DEAL WITH. GERBER IS NOTHING LIKE THAT. ITS BEEN EASY FROM START TO FINISH.
