This is was a very positive experience with the service I have received at South Tacoma location. Dennis King was the estimator I worked with with this claim. He helped contact the Hertz company, reviewed the collison work throughly, and provided me with a phone call 3 times in regrds to the progress of my car. Out of the (4) times I have had to have my car serviced for collison purposed this was the best and less stressful experience. I appreciate Dennis's attention and prompt service. Thanks and I look forward to wokring with Gerber in the future!
