I was allowed to store my car in the garage while the insurance information and estimates are being sorted out--it was raining hard and my car would have been soaked on the inside due to the damage sustained. I was contacted on my phone with the estimate once the insurance information was sorted out. After I decided to go with Gerber for the repair, I receive email status updates as the repair progresses. My question via phone calls and emails were all replied to. I was out of the country when the car is ready, they allow me to keep the car on site until I return to the U.S. to pick it up. I am happy with the repair job and feel good about the warranty on the repair.

I this past week we had our car in for repair from a rear end and hit and run collision. I just wanted you to know about your General Manager Reno Bauwens and his staff gave usoutstanding service. Not only did they fix our repairs outstanding they also repaintedour door mirrors. I am am covered by Safeco Insurance which covered the rear end and hit and run. Your staff gave me a estimate to do the mirrors at a later date. My wife and I want you to know this is above and be-on service with your customer. Please let them know how much we care for such a kind thing to do for us and for sure I know that they treat all their customers the same way.
