This is the second time I've had my car repaired and both times were at this Gerber branch. The reason I'm here again is because of the wonderful customer service the first time around and this visit was no different. Barb is friendly and informed; the estimators are engaged and seem to really want to understand and help; and although I've haven't any personal interaction with the repair technicians, their work is fantastic. Heaven forbid I find myself need some body work this is the place I'm coming to and sending everyone I know. Thank you. Gerber!
