"Dale Vanwyk was my estimator on my car damage. From my first contact with the receptionist Kami, she was very kind and helpful in getting my car into an estimator. Dale upon meeting him was very exact with the process and the "how" this was all going to happen. The car accident was paid by the other driver so payments from his insurance company was a concern however Dale was very clear with me with that aspect of the repair. I am picking up the car now and the repair is perfection. Dale mentioned to me that any issues come up, I can come back and Gerber will take care of the adjustmentsw. I will bring my other cars her for my own repair work. As well, recommend this company to my friends and family. A huge thanks to Dale and his team."

Jimmy La, told me it would take 2-3 days to get my car back. When he called me after the 2nd day I was so happy! I came close to his closing time and he told me he would wait even if I came when the shop closed. By the time I got there, there was no way I was going to make it to return my rental car and was going to get charged another day. He also took care of that! He called enterprise, told them that I returned the car on the 2nd day 5 minutes before enterprises closed. I was able to leave the rental car at the repair shop and take my car home. Because Jimmy took care of everything. That's great customer service!

Repair time was better than expected, brought in my car expecting it to take 4-6 days for repairs and got it back within two. After being explained about what exactly was done to repair the front bumper, it was nice compaired to other companies I've used in the past. I'll definitely recommend Gerber to any body at work that may need repairs. Customer service was also great, and Riley did a wonderful job with the estimation walk around. If I have any future repair needs I'll definitely come back to Gerber.
