I was so impressed with the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Rick and his staff! They took me back home, and brought my car back to me (having someone follow so I didn't have to go back to the shop). Every aspect of my experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to my friends! Great job Rick and staff!!

Service was outstanding! They kept me posted with every step they made. The rental car place is right next door so it was very easy to coordinate. My car was rear ended pretty bad, running me into a car in front of me. I needed both front and back to be replaced; I thought it was going to be totaled. I got my car back in a timely manner given the amount of work and I was like a giddy little child when I picked it up because it looked brand new!! All shiny, clean, and all of my damage was gone!! They even replaced a different part of my car that was damaged from years earlier. I would recommend GERBER - Lynnwood to anyone in need! Thank you guys!
