I was very pleased with the friendly service I received from Eric & his crew. They put my mind at ease from the start. I felt like a person & not just a 'job'. My car looked really great when I went to pick it up. Five days later it got dinged again but Eric & crew was able to just buff it right out & help make a bad situation better. I would & have referred friends to Gerber for their repair needs.

I had such a positive experience dealing with Gerber Collision in Woodinville, WA. This was the first time I had been in an accident, so I really had no clue what to do or what to expect. I was also very full of questions. Jennifer took the time to explain to me all of the various steps of the repair process, and kept me informed throughout the week that my car was being worked on. (Also, the fact that my car was repaired in such a short amount of time was fantastic, as I was paying out of pocket for a rental car.) Overall, everyone I interacted with was so helpful, professional, and kind, and I am very happy with my experiences there! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Woodinville!
