Excellent communication throughout the process with regular updates via SMS/Text Messaging. Promptly answered any questions I had along the way. They even got rid of the factory rattles and the new doors sound more like a luxury car when closing. Metallic paint blends well. Outstanding work. I will be referring other Tesla owners in North Texas to this facility for any structural collision repairs they might need.

Zach C. was professional and constantly communicated on the status through out the vehicle restoration process. He set the expectations right and delivered the vehicle per the committed date. It did took 2 months during Covid, associated delays, and parts unavailability but Zach kept things in sight and delivered my car as it looked on Day 1.

There was no insurance claim so I was not directed to Gerber by a Insurance company. I asked around at my community center if anyone knew of a good body shop in The Colony and Gerber was mentioned so I decided to check them out. I'm really glad I did. Even though I initially was only looking for an estimate, each staff member I met treated me seriously and answered all my questions. The estimator wanting to be sure of what he was seeing, called out one of the mechanics for confirmation of the damage. Seeing this interaction and the interactions with me addressing my concerns, I knew I was in the right place. Customer service and team work was very apparent. I decide to schedule have my car worked done at this location. Thank you The Colony Gerber.
