This place is impressive. Sherry, my first contact has an above normal attitude. She was by far the most friendly, helpful, sweetest person I've had to deal with in a very long time. She made me feel as if I was family. We even talked a lot about family. Showed pictures of my 90 year old Dad, and she had nothing but kind words about him. Always happy to hear from me when I'd call her about anything. She even knew how to drive my stick shift vehicle. She's very knowledgeable on the damages I had and gave me a great feeling on leaving my pride and joy pickup with her. I don't want to see her again about any accident, but I will truly miss her kindness she showed me. If my name was to be drawn, I would give it to Sherry, in appreciation. Chad , the manager was helpful and very personable. I'd 100 % recommend this location to anyone needing ... help. Thanks to the Gerber collision shop for taking the extra efforts to assist me. The service was amazing for such a unfortunate accident. The employees were very responsive and timely repairing my car. All my repairs made my car look like nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend Gerber but especially this location for any body repairs.

This business is AWESOME! They took such great care of my daughter and her vehicle. Being in a different state from her, they were incredibly kind. They answered all my questions and called with updates! I can't say enough wonderful things about them. The repairs are perfect and the car was cleaned and detailed! My car had several parking lot dings as well as a bent edge on the driver's door that had started to rust. The paint was 6 year old pearlesent white. This requires a double application process which is more challenging to match the preexisting paint. I am very pleased with the quality and consistency of the results. I will recommend THIS Gerber to all my friends and family who need Gerber's services.
