What a week! First, the folks at this location are incredible! My truck was broken into and damaged on a Saturday night at 11pm. Filed the insurance claim and this location was suggested by my agent. There was a little confusion at first as there are 2 locations near me. Statefarm set up the appointment and then I went to the wrong location. Despite being extremely busy and no estimate appointments available that morning, they didn't even blink an eye and an estimator was with me in less then a minute. David was very friendly and knowledgeable and I left feeling confident in my truck being taken care of. The level of communication was awesome and I always knew what was happening that day. The truck looks great! Not sure how they got the one million pieces of glass out of the cabin but I can't even find 1 piece. Again despite being very ... busy and in the middle of a wild ice storm they replaced 2 windows a door panel, painted, had tint put on, cleaned and put everything back where it goes in less then 4 business days. My car was ultimately totaled; however, I will use Gerber for any future needs that may arise and would highly recommend them to others. I knocked out one of my censors in the front of my truck. Took it to Gerber and (I ONLY deal with top management) Spoke with Jeff the General Manager (whom I followed from another company) and he had my truck fixed in 2 days flat. It needed parts ordered and painting. He was honest with me and didnt try to upcharge or up sell anything! I will NEVER go anywhere else or trust anyone else other than Jeff to work on the body of my truck. He ensures that it is RIGHT the first time! Awesome staff too....very friendly and helpful! Only way I leave Gerber is if Jeff leaves. I think that says alot about the company and HIS character!

Exceptional service. Told me it would be at least 2 weeks, to disassemble, complete repairs, and reassemble. They completed repairs and paint in 6 business days! Washed and detailed our car, it looks better than when we bought it new. Thanks for amazing service!
