10/10, Exceptional Service. I brought my 2010 Chevy Camaro in for repair after being rear ended. I brought it in on a Friday And got a quote that day then brought it back in the following Tueday for repair.they called me three days later saying it's done And ready for pick up when it was supposed to be a 6-8 day job. My camaro looks better than what it did before I got in the accident, the price I paid for repair was $600 less than another garage I got a quote from, and the speedy service as well as the receptionist handled everything very professionally. Oh, and they have a guarantee on everything they repair! I highly recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass. Don't waste your time, see these guys first.

I dropped my vehicle off a week earlier than planned as I was going out of town to have the bumper repaired and painted on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. The facility felt they could get it done by Friday when I was scheduled to return. Upon calling on Thursday, while out of town, Ken said that their painter did not show up and the vehicle would not be ready until end of business on Monday. When I called Ken on Monday he indicated that given the condition of the bumper and the time constraints to deliver on Monday, he had replaced the bumper with a new one and painted it to match the vehicle. I was concerned about the cost, however he indicated they were sticking to the original estimate. The service provided by Ken was highly professional, competent and very timely. Ken demonstrated an impressive knowledge in his profession. We returned to have some minor small issues resolved, Ken rectified the reapirs almost on the spot very much to our satisfaction. Canny is exceptional in her treatment of your clients. She is competent, efficient, practical and intelliegent. The result is quick efficient service, which is an enjoyable experience. Great Team you have.

numerous delays meant my car took a lot longer than promised, but Ken promised to cover my extra rental expenses so I was satisfied; Tammy (reception) was very polite and helpful; Ken returned my calls promptly and addressed all of my concerns; the work looks very good; I would reccommend this location to others
