After checking out several dealers to have my rock chipped windshield replaced by ICBC, I returned to Boyd Autobody on Bridgeport. They remembered who I was and I was able to get a date and time to fit my schedule. On the day of repair, they took the vehicle in as soon as I arrived and subsequently called me to tell me the repair was done at the time they had estimated it would be finished . Upon pickup I discussed two other repair issues with them that I need to have done in the future. They offered several options on both. Meanwhile they had done a small touch up for me at no charge. To top it off the car had been washed and vacuumed inside. Both employees I dealt with were very polite. All in all, a good experience.

I am really appreciated the stuff of Richmond Boyd Autobody& Glass to help me solve the problem in my front glass.There was a small hole on the front glass , and It may be split open in the winter,so I went to repair it today. The nice guy did not require me to use my insurance to pay it, but he fixed it quickly and totally free! He helped me save $200.0 ! This is such a good company!I believe they are never cheat their customers and can do their job the best! I strong recommend this company to all of you!

Awesome service! I needed to get a chip in my windshield fixed, Samanthat was able to get me booked in that same day. Once I got there it only took 10 mins for them to fix it and I was on my way again. I would definitely recommend you guys.

Simply the best shop in town, my mercedes c300 4matic meticulously done. Everything is great from the shop, so tidy and organized to its so efficient staffs( painters,mechanics and car washers-my car was so clean when i got it, thanks everyone) My special thanks goes to Paolo the Estimator and Manager, Joseph who source out the parts and the Asst. Manager and to sweet Samantha,for preparing all the papers to sign and for the good coffee, who is the Customer Service Representative. Joseph L at Boyd Autobody in Richmond provided excellent customer service! He was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the repairs to my car. Joe and his team were very efficient in getting my car repaired in a timely manner and arranging a rental car for me with Enterprise. He provided constant feedback throughout the repair so I was informed on the progress. I enjoyed having my car back clean and washed and the wind shield wiper refilled. I went to Boyd on two separate occasions and Joseph was extremely helpful and courteous both times. The first was for a simple light bulb change and he completed the work pro bono.
