The Team in Pensacola did a fantastic job with the repair of my Nissan Altima. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date on the work being done and was so thrilled with the timely manner they were able to get me back on the road. Easiest experience I have had with auto repair shops. The most awesome customer service I have experienced in many years. The entire office and shop worked together as a team to accomplish a timely and perfect repair. I was kept informed by Jon D. (estimator) every step of the way. After my repair was complete and I couldn't pick up my car due to a health issue, Robin in the front office arranged to have my car delivered. Again, just the best of the best!!!

The service I had was impeccable. Customer service was great, the estimator was also up front, the whole experience with Gerber collision was a great experience I could not have asked for anything better I was told Tuesdays and Thursdays and update. The staff you have work in there are very knowledgeable and they do a great job so if it had 10 stars on and I'd give you 10 but they only have five so thank you so much for your expertise and getting it done on time for me again thank you so much

This shop took on a task which, through no fault of theirs, had evolved over a few years. They did a great job coming up with a solution and doing the work up to the point where a backordered part killed momentum. We all waited it out and Gerber got the job done!
