'Process manager did not thoroughly review vehicle prior to customer pick-up for completeness. I understand that companies are trying to do more in less time. Perhaps a checklist prior to customer call would remedy this. Also a semi protected area for vehicles awaiting customer pick-up should be considered due to all the truck (desiel) traffic on route 100. (canopy on the side lot)'
