To Whom This Concerns; I have always used True-To-Form, now Gerber, and the reason why I have used this company is not only do they ALWAYS do a great job, but I find that ( in my opinion ) they are the best in their business. Annie who runs both places (Bath, Pa. and the Pen Argyl, Pa. ) has known me for years and is great at doing her job, she takes pride with all her customers and goes out of her way to make sure the customer is always satified. Now if I sound as if I am just saying this to make an impression on you or I am saying these things making it sound like I am doing the company a favor, you're wrong... as to say it is your company that has done the favor for me, in doing their job in the most effective and timely manor; my car (when ever I needed to use True-To-Form/Gerber ) always looks show room new, and that's a fact ! As I ... have said, I been using this company for a long time and it is my opinion, not just by handing out plaques or some kind of rewards, but for corporate to make the phone call to the repair station in Bath Pa. to the person that runs both the Bath and the Pen Argyl, Pa location and PERSONALLY thank her for a job well done. There are times that a phone call goes alot longer than an awards, it is that commitment and service that keeps your company in business, so get with it corportate and make that phone call and congraduate Her on a job well done. Just know thati would never concider going anywhere else as your techs are the best in the business and i honestly believe that if it were not for Annie that makes your business run like a well oiled machine... so hold on to her and make that call, let her know that she is appricate, because I do !!! Thank you for your time and when I see her again I will ask her if anyone at corporte took the time to do what I know she would do, and that is making people feel imporant each and every time. read more

I had a 1999 Corvette that I had purchased repaired. Ruth, the Customer Service Manager was just great. She was knowledgeable, honest, and paid attention to every detail, no matter how small. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was helped and my car was perfect. The technician who repaired the vette is a true craftsman. He was not satisfied to just do the job, he made sure everything was addressed. He treated my car as if it was his. I am extremely happy with the attention and work that was given. I would recommend Ruth and her technicians to anyone without any second thoughts.

if anything positive can come out of hitting a deer at midnight ,in a brand new car with 400 miles on it,in an unfamiliar state,the entire team at this location made it happen!!!! With weekly updates to myself and my son who is stationed at Fort Polk in Louisiana ( I was driving the car to him ),polite and patient people in the office even after 30 phone calls from both of us with questions,the experience set our minds at ease. And because I was in Mass and had to get transportation down to PA,Tiffany even met us there Sunday morning at 7am to collect the Corolla!!!!!! The car looked beautiful and my soldier Cody had the biggest smile when he finally saw the new car he'd been waiting for so patiently. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Nobody ever wants damage done to their automobile, however it did happen to me with hail damage. My insurance company asked who I wanted to go with to have my car fixed and all I could remember is Tru 2 Form which is now Gerber. I never had any work done to any of my cars. I must say, the service was beyond what I expected from Gerber. My appraiser said he would fax over the report the report by 2pm on a Tuesday, and Kelly Green was on the phone with me by 4pm on the same day. I brought my car in the next Wednesday for repairs. I could not have asked for better service. I was actually shocked it was happening so fast. I explained to Kelly I needed a rental, and she said not to worry, she would have enterprise at the office at 8am when I brought my car in. This all happened like clock work. I was more than amazed. The workmanship on my ... repairs was excellent. It went in with over 50 dings, and came out shining like new. Kelly kept me informed as how the repairs were going. I could not pick my car up until after close. She made it so easy, and told me not a problem, she took care of everything over the phone, and I dropped the rental off and picked up my car. It could not have been any easier than she made it. I will always remember Gerber, and will always recommend Gerber to anyone I talk to. Wonderful job, and I am so glad I chose Gerber. I hope nothing ever happens again, however it was so nice working with Gerber. They made me feel so comfortable and made everything so easy. The workmanship as I said was a ten plus. My experience with Gerber was nothing less than amazing! From Day 1 Randy (in Allentown) gave me clear, concise and honest answers when I needed them. After the car was transferred to Bath location Kelly kept me apprised of every step of repair. The job was finished before expected and was beautiful! Annie (gm.) was also helpful in our phone conversations. Returning my rental car was a snap because of the highly professional, very personable staff @ Bath . Every single Gerber staff that I've encountered would motivate me to recommend your business to EVERYONE !

Regarding a deer collision with my 2007 Silverado Crewcab vehicle. Jason went above and beyond his duties in accomodating our needs to secure a rental vehicle during the repair process. He coordinated securing parts and scheduling the repair of our truck in an extremely polite and expedited manner due to the fact were we out of state clients. Additionally, the clean up of my truck prior to reclaiming on the third day deserves outstanding praise. Rest asssured that your facilty will be highly recommended due to the professionalism and quick response to our accident situtation.
