I was very pleased with the customer service I was given. The text message updates were convenient and helpful, I always knew what was happening. The estimated completion date was reasonable and my car was even done early. Everyone was so courteous and helpful I felt like I was in good hands. I was unsure of the procedures for collision repair since this was my first accident and all of my questions were answered in a kind manner. My car looked great when I picked it up and the wash, vacuum, and window cleaning is very much appreciated and a great final touch. I wouldn't have expected all of this, thank you . I would definitely recommend anyone to Gerber for collision repair.

The experience that I had with Gerber was nothing but PERFECT. I was explained how the process was and how long it would take to get my vehicle back. I was actually told that it would be done by 8/6/13 and to my surprise, I was able to pick it up 8/5/13. There was a small issue with the bumper that rear panel that was put on, but Ruth took it back to the technician and it was corrected quickly. The reception staff was great. I was dealing with the people from Progressive Insurance and they were also great. As well as my experience with Enterprise. I live about 1 hour away from the shop, but should I need some body work done, this shop will be at the top of my list. Should anyone I know need repairs done, I will HIGHLY recommend this shop. GREAT JOB to everyone!

Ruth Burgess was my contact while my vehicle was at Gerber and I couldn't have had a better experience. She stayed in touch with me through autowatch which I enjoyed. It was great to actually see the progression of my vehicle instead of just wondering what was happnening with it. She was very thorough with me and made sure I understood everything that would happen, was happening and finally what all the final repairs were. I would definetly bring my car back there again, although I'm hoping I won't have to!!

Outstanding service from the office to the actual repair. Getting my car back with the interior cleaned was an unexpected surprise and very much appreciated. it's the little things that a company does for its customers that really makes the difference. I would definitely use your facilities again.

The service at this auto body shop was excellent.They scheduled the appraisal and accepted the car for service the same day.Turn around time was sooner than I had expected which for me meant that I would not need a rental car.Staff was professional and courteous through the entire process.Karl kept me posted via e-mail on progress,sending appraisal to both myself and USAA.Repair was excellent,everything lined up and color matched.Vehicle was washed before being turned over to me.Overall,I was quite satisfied with this experience and would highly recommend Gerber to others seeking collision repair or auto body service...

These guys are AWESOME!! Not only did they do a fantastic job on my car repairs, they also totally cleaned the inside of my car! Was not expecting that!!! I recommend this place to everyone I know, they truly are AWESOME!!!!!

Awesome service! Having never been in an accident before I wasn't to sure how to go about the repair work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Gerber Collision came as one of the recommended places to go by the insurance company because of the quality of work they do. They walked me through, gave me up dates, even vacuumed the inside of my car. I plan on going to them for any future work on my car.
