If you google Excellent Customer Service a picture of Gabe F. and his team should appear. Time and time again, Gabe and company far exceed my expectations, and I am very picky when it comes to my BMW's. Once again, meticulous workmanship, unbelievable value for the price, incredibly fast service and my car, as always, is returned to me impeccably clean. I feel truly blessed to have Gabe to take care of my car. Thank you!

Beautiful work. When we picked up the car it looked brand new. Service was excellent. They kept us informed on the progress of the repair work. Had work done there twice before, equally impressive. Highly recommended.

my fleet vehicle was in for service after an incident that damaged the steering column/wheel in a recent snow storm. although the fleet insurance company took its time with approvals, Gerber was right on top of what they had to do from following up on approvals, ordering parts and performing the repair service. In fact, the car was supposed to be done by 12/31, and by a pleasant surprise, they called me late afternoon on 12/27 and said it was ready to be picked up. Thank you for such excellent service!

I was in a accident and state farm gave me 3 suggestions to call for repairs. Not being from the area I asked the tow agency and they said they would choose Gerber Collision. I was pleasantly and enthusiasticly suprised how understanding Randy and Jason were of my situation. It was so comforting to talk to people that truly understood and were empathetic to my situation as opposed to the big dealership business talk. The work looks amazing and my finished car was as cleaner than if I took it to a professional detailer. The overall before to after pictures are amazing. Thank you so much Randy & Jason!

A deer ran into my new AUDI on my way home from work last week. My State Farm rep sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass in Bath,.PA. I am very please by the way I was treated as soon as I walked in the door. Kelly and Annie were friendly and helpful. They did the estimate that day and 1 week later the Q5 looks as good as new. I will recommend Gerber to my customers for sure. Many thanks for the great customer service!

The workmanship was excellent. The process from scheduling the repair through the completion of the repair was excellent. Mike S. clearly explained the repair process. Kate and Tiffany did an excellent job setting up the auto rental. They also called to tell me how the repair was progressing. When I picked up the vehicle, they reviewed the repair and made sure I was satisfied. I plan on using Gerber on my next collision/auto repair and will recommend them to my friends and associates.
