I had a great experience at Gerber. Randy was very pleasant and helpful. I took my car in thinking I just needed a new bumper and tail light after being rear-ended, but they looked into it further and saw more work was required and they took care of it. My car looks excellent, like nothing ever happened. They kept me updated all the time with text messages and followup calls as well which I really appreciated. I never had to wonder what was going on. I'd recommend them to a friend.

The moment I walked in the front door I was greeted by Kayla and then was introduced to Joe and within 5 min. I felt confident that this was a place that cared about the customer. They gave me a day to bring my SUV in and said it would take about 5 days for it to be done and they worked quickly and diligently and completed the work in five days as promised. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone has a fender bender.. Very nice people and very professional. I am happy with the way my vehicle turned out; looking as if it were brand new!

Kelly was great to work with. Overall the repair was excellent. When I came to pick up my car I discovered a piece of trim along the rocker panel was not attached properly. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes while the trim was properly attached. A little detail, but it was annoying at the time.

Today, when I viewed the completed body work, I was impressed...and did not want to drive it in the foul weather! My entire experience assured me of their professionalism...and the office staff treated me like an old friend.

Never heard of Gerber till I had auto accident. USAA insurance give me Gerber and another shop to take my truck for repairs. I took the chance and chose Gerber. Gerber was in contact with me prior to the drop off of by truck on 09/JAN/14. When I arrived (8AM EST) on 09/JAN/14 I meet with Jason D who offered all kinds of help with rental car and everything else. I received text messages all day long with the status of my truck. At approximately 3PM EST I received a call from Randy stating by truck was ready for pickup. I was surprised that it was ready so quickly. I arrived a little after 4PM EST and was truly surprised when I saw my truck. I could tell the outside was detailed. When I went into the office Jason and Randy explained everything in detail what was done to complete the repair. They even explained how they buffed a large ... scratch out of the truck bed which wasn't damaged in the accident. I was even more surprised when I exited the building and got into by truck and found the whole inside was detailed and cleaned and it looked just like the day I bought it and drove it off the lot. I would return for further services and refer others as this was the best experience I've had over others in the past. James K read more
