Karina and Joe were absolutely wonderful. I was devastated after my accident and Karina took the time to help me put things in perspective. She told me that cars can be fixed and/or replaced, but that I could not. Joe was great through the whole process. He walked me through what was happening with my car and the insurance process. I was very pleased with my service. While I hope that I will not need to use them again anytime soon, I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs service. I am truly appreciative of the service that I received during such a rough time. Thank you

The service was exceptional! Corrina (not sure that I spelled that correctly), the front desk staff, was so friendly and courteous! And Joe was very pleasant as well. I couldn't believe that they sent pictures to me of my car in progress. And they finished much earlier than expected. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them to others. The collision team ordered a non-essential part without consulting me. I was aware of the problem they discovered, but would've preferred to decide whether to fix it. Because they ordered the part, I had no choice but to have it fixed. Hopefully this additional repair will be covered under my insurance. I would hate to pay out of pocket for their assumption. Other than that, I received exceptional service from Gerber Collision. They did a wonderful job repairing my severely damaged car. I particularly appreciated the phone calls to update me on the status of my repair.
