I questioned Kurt about having the headlights on my BMW restored. They weren't that bad, just not up to my standards. I stated to Kurt that I didn't expect them to look like new as they have quiet a few miles on them. Kurt was concerned that they wouldn't be perfect, up to his standards. When finished, they exceeded my expectations and meet Kurt's. My expectations continue to be exceeded every time I visit Gerber Collision. Thanks!

I can't say enough nice things about the service I received. I have told everyone about Gerber's. My car had been hit at a stop sign twice within 17 days. I was so upset. Everyone was so kind & respectful of my frustrations. They treated me with kindness & as if I were family. It was so sweet to see a lollipop & a thank you note in my car. For what it's worth, I loved seeing the dogs at the shop. It gave the place a homespun feeling in a time period when people were upset. It made me & others smile & relax during a negative situation. I was disappointed when they were no longer at the shop. I shared with many the fact that dogs were at the shop. It was so nice!I had to renege on that fact. Thanks again for everything you did for me & my bright orange car! Best regards to all,

Wow! Had my 2010 Mustang GT towed in after being hit by a deer. I expected it to look like it did before, but instead it looks brand new!!? And the interior was detailed as well. Great Job!!!

Gerber is the only body shop I let work on my BMW's. Again, the job was done to perfection and completed when promised. Thanks Kurt! However what impressed me even more was the concern of the staff for an elderly customer who left their walking cane in their car. They phoned the customer and informed them that one of the staff would be arriving a their house shortly with their cane and their gloves. That is not just customer service, that is customer care. Thanks for all the great work you do but even more so for being great people. You have my business for life and my respect and admiration.
