I was totally amazed when I dropped my car off for repairs. The office was bright and clean, I was immediately greeted by the office manager, Brydie, and everyone in the office made a point of saying hello. My rental car was waiting for me, Gerber took care of the mix up with my rental, which was a great relief. My new bumper was installed, a little scratch fixed and I had my car back and cleaned inside and out by 5!! Now who does that? I have already begun telling friends and Co workers about the excellent service and how all the employees , from the moment you walked in the door to when you picked up your car, friendly, and very helpful.

This location is fantastic!! Tiffany was extremely helpful and informative!! It was a stressful event for me and everyone at Gerber made the process so easy it took a huge weight off of my shoulders. I appreciated the time Rob took to listen to my concerns on what needed to be repaired. The staff who worked on my car did a beautiful job with the repairs!! I am so happy with the work that was done. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the inside and outside of my car were cleaned and made to look brand new!! Overall I am so happy with my experience here!! Everyone has done a fantastic job!! Thank you all so very much!! If I ever need work completed on my car again I will surely come to your location!!

I have had two vehicles repaired at Gerber's, and I was totally satisfied with the service, the repair work, and the updates I got from them when they were in the process of repairing my last vehicle that was in their shop. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a collision and body shop.

Went above and beyond on doing repairs to my vehicle, informed me on treating the paint during the curing process, detailed my car and even repaired another fix free of charge which in my opinion is above and beyond customer service! Thank you guys so much the car looks brand new!
