This is my second time needed auto body repair. First time on my brand new Buick. Gerber was fantastic easy in and out process. Had rental car there and waiting for me to pick it up. And finished early with a full inside and out detail. I give them 5 stars. Well deserved!!!

Gerber did a very nice job on my collision repair, courteous staff kept me updated on status of the car. Rental car process was convenient and smooth, pick up and return right there. I would definitely recommend Gerber.

I gladly give Gerber 5 stars. From the moment I dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning till the time I picked it up on Thursday afternoon they acted in a very professional manner and made the entire process seemless. Tiffany E were a pleasure to deal with. My car looks brand new and in addition, I was pleasantly surprised to find that on pick up, my car was detailed and they left a personally written thank you card on the passenger seat. Many thanks to the entire team at Gerber.

The work done was amazing! The staff was very friendly and constantly helpful. The only critique is the automated updates were often wrong but it's nothing calling and confirming with the staff couldn't handle. Very pleased and will be recommending to anybody who needs work done. Thank you!

I have been dealing with Gerber collision for years and would never think of letting any other body shop work on my BMW's. They are truly the premier BMW body shop in the area. They stand by their work and their people are passionate about their work. As great as their work is, their customer service is even better. Old time values in todays world. Why go anywhere else.
