I feel they "True 2 Form" were very professional and made me feel like I was in good hands with them. For someone who has never been into an accident they made me feel like everything was going to be o.k. and it was. They took care of everything for from setting up the car rental to having my car ready when they said they would. Their work on my car also was outstanding you would have never known that I was in an accident unless you were there. I will recomend that if you need your car troubles fixed by true professionals to take it to True2Form.

OMG!! My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it!! Annie & the crew @ Pen Argyl T2F did a AWESOME job!! Annie & the gang went out of their way for my car. Annie called several times to update me on my status as did Kevin. I don't know the tech's name but he is freaking awesome!! I was so impressed by their professionalism & kindness I posted the pictures on FACEBOOK & raved about T2F!! BRAVO Annie & everyone @ Pen Argyl T2F!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

The staff at this facility were awesome. Very friendly service Got the job done in a timely manner. My vehicle was washed/cleaned on the outside and cleaned/vacuumed on the inside. Thank you guys for a great job and terrific service!

Love True2Form in Pen Argyl. Even though there is a True2form closer to where I live I still travel to Pen Argyl. I love the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I have always had a great expeirences there. I won't go anywhere else for my repairs! Believe me they have repaired my car numberous times and everytime I have been very happy with the repairs and the friendly staff.

My experience with this whole process has been great from beginning to end. Its never easy to deal with an auto accident but everyone has been awesome every step of the way (both insurance company reps body shop and rental company) and they have made this least stress as possible. I cannot stress enough how professional everyone involved has been!
