I would never have guessed I would ever write a favorable review for auto repair but I am so pleased with the staff, the process and the work done on my Prius. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They took care of everything and kept me in the loop so I knew exactly what was happening. I even got an email telling how far along the repair was and an estimate for completion. It was spot on! The work was perfect and they even washed my car. You just don't get service like this anymore. They even have a K-9 greeter in the office that is as sweet as can be. Thank you so much!!!!

They did a great job. I had a great experience with Brent and his staff. Got my car in quicker then any other place I called. They did a great job on the window and even washed my car too. The thing that showed me that I came to the right place was on the day that I brought my car in to have the window replaced. There was some miscommunication and I was not put on the calendar. Brent was able to still get me in and when he found out my insurance didn't cover a rental for me and I would have to payed out of pocket he told the rental company that they were covering the rental for the 2 days that my car would be in the shop.

I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. Work was excellent--the car looks brand new. They even cleaned the inside before returning it to me. If I need their services again, I have no reservations about returning to this place of business. Their partnership with Enterprise leasing made renting/returning the car very easy.

Call me a sap when it comes to my car, but I almost cried when I saw how radiant my car looked when it was finished. Thank you to Braxton and the rest of the family for caring for their customers and taking such pride in their work! Gerber of Gresham was the third place I went to get an estimate on re-painting my hood. I've had the car for ten years, and it needed it BAD. The other places told me I would need to replace the hood completely, but Braxton thought they could work with it. He also quoted me on some other things I had considered doing, & because I felt he knew what he was talking about & cared about my car and my business, I decided to get the whole front end done. Am I ever happy with it! Aside from quality, I appreciated the communication throughout, and the warmth from Stacy and Marty when I checked out. This whole company went above and beyond. My brand new 2016 pearl white car was hit. To say that color is hard to match is an understatement. Somehow they did just that. They made sure I was satisfied with my car. Not just well we got it close enough. Iam not an easy person I expect it to be perfect and that is what I got. So a very big thank you. I am extremely greatful. Special thanks for all the hard work it was worth the wait.
