The whole team went above and beyond to explain the entire process to me. I didn't know what to expect, and I really appreciated all of the updates that I received. I was so surprised they cleaned my floor mats for me! At the end I still had questions about the bill and the insurance stuff. Matt took the time to explain it to me. From the scheduling to the overview of the vehicle, the front office young lady, and everything after that everything felt so professional and yet personal too. I truly appreciated all the staff but especially Matt for the way he went out of his way for me, a young lady who doesn't know much about any vehicle. Work looked great. Inside of my car was cleaned and cared for. Jessie at the front was super helpful with reminding me to grab things, helping facilitate a rental, and return. A bit of miscommunication was quickly cleared up and everything was taken care of, which is all you can ask for.
