The friendliest people and very knowligable about the business. My vehicle when it needs repaired it gets done the first time and alway done when promised or before. I received my 2011 BMW X5 back a day in 1/2 early. I never have to worry about leaving my vehicle with Gerber all work is dubble and triple checked before perfection.

Service and personnel were both a 5 star rating! I would tell everyone Gerber is the place to go! Rodney, Cindy and Shawn went out of their way to make my experience fast, stress free and a good value for the money. It is nice to deal with people that care.

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was excellent. I brought my car in for repairs from an accident, which another parties insurance covered. I received a courtsey phone call from Gerber in reference to some previous hail damage to my car, which caused paint and body damage. I was asked if I would like for these repairs to be completed at the same time as my other repairs and was provided a quote. My car has a pearling paint, which is difficult to match, especially with touch up paint. I was extatic to hear that they were willing to complete this work as well. I was given a very reasonable quote and the work was completed. My car now looks basically bran NEW!!! I love it and it looks WONDERFUL! It was a great pleasure to get my car fixed in this place :) They repaired the crack on my front bumper, and when i got my car it looked the crack never happened. They gave me the ride as well. Also they washed my car not only outside but also inside so it felt like i got brand new car! :) I appreciate all the service they provided! Thanks again!

I had repairs done to my company vehicl1 on March 2nd. Wow what an incredible job. I work out of my vehicle so time is important to me. I worked with Rod Seago, and not only did he promise a fast turn around, he more than delivered. He made sure the work was completed on time, correctly, and even made sure my truck was cleaner on the inside and out than before I dropped it off. Even though this was covered under my company insurance, I will definatly bring my personal vehicles to Rod if I ever need body work done in the future.

I am very impressed with your service. I like that I had been called on a regular basis telling me about how the progress was going. When I dropped my repair off the staff had no problem with bringing me on to my work. The staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend them. I have already passed out a referral card.

I was very impressed with level of quality and customer service I recieved from Gerber. I am very unfamiliar with the whole process of haveing a car fixed, insurance, etc. Gerber walked me through the process, step by step. In addition, they completed the job when they said would, and the quality of work looked great. If I need a car fixed again, Gerber is where I will go.

Shawn and Cindy at Gerber Collision in Broken Arrow made me feel comfortable as they treated me with the best customer service I've ever had at a repair shop. Shawn remembered my concerns and gave me good honest advise and helped me to understand the repairs that they were doing. When my car was ready to my surprise and delight, my care was cleaned show room new. I've never had a repair shop treat me like a million dollars but the folks at Gerber Collision Broken Arrow did just that. I hope I don't need them again but if I do, they will be my only choice. Thank you all for such excellent customer service.
