"I recently had some repair work done on my car at Gerber Collision @ Glass in Claremore, Oklahoma. I could not have been anymore satisfied with the job performance. The staff there seem to go out of their way to make sure they have satisfied customers. They are very friendly and really strive to maintain the achievement of excellence. No one wants to have a collision, but I was fortunate in several ways when it happened to me. First, no one was hurt; second, both vehicles involved were insured by Farmers Insurance; third, I was able to use a repair facility in the town I live; and fourth, the facility turned out to Gerbers. The people were personable, friendly, and informative. They told me what needed to be done and when to pick it up. It was ready on time, and looks as good as new. Very happy and satisfied with their service and I will recommend them to family and friends.

GERBER COLLISION WAS SO FAST ON PICKING UP MY VEHICLE AS IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE AFTER MY COLLISOIN, KEPT ME REALLY INFORMED ON WHERE THERE WERE AT ON REPAIRS. VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND GERBER TO ANYBODY I KNOW. I WAS VERY SATISFIED OVERALL. EXCELLENT PLACE TO HAVE AUTO REPAIRS DONE.

I just wanted to comment on your Broken Arrow, Oklahoma location. They did an excellent job all around from their customer service to making my car look top notch when I picked it up yesterday. I was involved in an auto collision and the other parties insurance was nothing, but a huge pain, but when it came to getting the auto body work done, gerber was nothing but helpful and a pleasure to work with. They even put on my backseat cover that came off years ago, but never got around to putting it back on, and with no additional cost. Thank you Broken Arrow, OK gerber!

Working with Gerber was a very pleasant hassle free experience. We were very glad that we went with Gerber, USAA said that they worked with Gerber. The body work was very good and performed in a quick time frame. We would highly recommend Gerber.

The service at Gerber was excellent. They kept me informed at all points along the way, they were very open and honest. It was so easy to use them since Enterprise was right next door for the car rental. I can't believe something as bad as a wreck could have turned out so well! They were wonderful and the replairs look great. The manager was so professional at every turn. They worked well with Enterprise, so there was not any confusion about when I would return the car and I didn't have to make or return a lot of phone calls. They truely made it hassel free. I will definitely recommend the Owasso Gerber Collision to anyone who needs repair.

My car was towed to Gerber by my insurance company. My claim has not been settled yet and the car still sits at Gerber while I wait for my insurance company but I wanted you to know that working with Gerber and Rod Seago imparticular has been a really great experience. My car is a total loss, thankfully my son is o.k. I just can't get over how super nice everyone at Gerber has been and Rod went out of his way to keep me informed and has just been fabulous to work with. I will reccomend Rod at Gerber every chance I get and if I ever need anything for any of my vehicles that is where I will be going.
