They did an excellent job on repairing my car! They called every couple of days to let me know the status of my vehicle repair. My car had sustained serious damage so my car was there for about 4 weeks. Jimmie was the greatest person to deal with regarding my car. He was always very caring and was a bright light during the time of my car being repaired. He is very professional but yet very caring. However, I also have to speak very highly of the people who worked on my car that I never saw or met! I know what my car looked like after the lady hit me and then how great it looked when I picked it up! Also, Lisa who always answers the phone with such care. Everyone at Gerber - Owasso was great!

I highly recommend Gerber for any body repair. They went above and beyond customer service. They fixed the damage and more before the estimated completion date. They even re-pinned the parts that weren't damaged and washed it!!

Service was great and the Gerber people very helpful. My car was fixed to perfection and nicely washed when I picked it up. While my insurance company paid the balance, after deductable, Gerber was the most reasonable by over 10%. Should the need arise I certainly would return.

My car was hit while I was at work. No message was left, of course. I took it to Gerbers in Broken Arrow. I was so relieved when I left there. Arrangements would be made for a rental; they would contact my insurance company (although I did, as well); and the delivery time seemed very reasonable. The work on my car was completed a day early. My car looked wonderful, because they had also detailed it for me. They made the entire experience very easy to deal with because of their professional, yet personal approach to my problem. My car is a part of the family and was treated as such by Gerbers.

The service at Gerber Collision, Owasso, OK. was outstanding! My new car received a huge "ding" in the passenger door from another car door. The other car left a big dent, and two white scratches on my beautiful charcoal grey car! Ron, at Gerber, was amazing! His estimate procedure was quick and easy. He carefully explained the repairs to me, and told me my car would be ready in three days. I picked up my rental car next door, as was on my way in less than 20 minutes. By 4:30 p.m. THE SAME day Ron called to say that my car was DONE!!! I really couldn't believe it. But when I arrived back at Gerber's and saw my car back in pristine condition, I was absolutely blown away!!! Amazing work and quality, and soooo fast!
