From the beginning when I got to Gerber Collision to the end when my car was finished and I picked it up everyone was efficient, kind, warm, friendly. The Hertz rent a car was great. Gerber's receptionist arranged everything so well with Hertz that I was taken care of very well. the Hertz people were wonderful too. Our car was fixed extremely well. When we got our car back it was clean, well taken of, looked like new. I will recommended Gerber Collision to everyone I know. They truly, overall, did a fantastic job.
