I would absolutely recommend Gerber to anyone needing any type of the services they offer. I met Becky and Cody. I would be proud to call them my friends. They are very calm, professional, and encouraging. I appreciate the 5 day car rental provided. It helped relieve my mind from extra expense and time. I received my car back before the anticipated date. It looks like new and that damage was never done to it. I want to thank them for their hard work on my behalf.

Gerber Collision and Glass was VERY proficient, professional and did an AWESOME repair job on my car. The way the wind bent the door all the way to the front of the car, I thought it could never close correctly again. It not only closes correctly ,but as if nothing had happened. It's great!!!!!!!! Car was fixed in record time and looked better, inside & out, than it did before the accident. Personnel were all friendly, respectful, and informative. I especially appreciated being kept in the loop and a heads up the day before my car was to be ready so I could plan accordingly. Would not hesitate to recommend Gerber and will most definitely return to them should the need arise.

Wow! Tommie D. goes above and beyond to make sure customers are treated well. Upon following the tow truck in with my vandalized car I discovered a flat. He help me put on my spare and sent me to a great tire shop. Our car looks great after the repairs and Tommie kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Wow!

Excellent service. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule which was a real plus but what impressed me the most was customer communication. My estimator, Tommie D., contacted me by phone twice a week with an update on the status of repairs being completed. I was always treated like I was a real customer and not just someone there for repairs.

I am very impressed with the service I received from the staff at Gerber in Broken Arrow. I had to get my car repaired from a collision and it was a very long process since there was a lot of damage. I was very nervous as this was my first collision ever and Gerber did an outstandingly amazing job, my car actually looked better from leaving Gerber than it did when I actually purchased it new. I highly recommend everyone to go to Gerber for any repairs, my high expectations were flawlessly met and more. Thank you Gerber for all the hard work you did for my car and me, I greatly appreciate you taking great care of my needs. Look forward to the next time I need to go(hopefully quite a few years from now) :)
