I was hit from behind. This was my first wreck so I didn't know what to expect. The insurance company sent me to Gerber. The staff and workmanship is outstanding. All the staff are very nice and approachable. The repairs only took one day. When I picked up my jeep not only was it repaired, they had washed it too.

I was absolutely thrilled with the exceptional work that was done on my Toyota truck after an accident I had recently. It is an older model truck, and when Gerber got through with it, it looked like a new one. Jamie K. was my estimator, and she really knows her stuff, and went that extra mile to get parts and everything just right. I would recommend Jamie K. and Gerber at Owasso, OK to anyone that needs collision work done. Consider me a very satisfied customer.

Recently had work done at the Claremore location and was really pleased with the great customer service from everyone-- Louise, Leslie, Jackson, Amanda up front-- and the 2015 Civic came out looking as good as when I first leased it, so thanks so much to the crew in the shop as well. Just a very satisfying experience!

Excellent service, communication and finished product! I received a daily update about the estimation of completion which was 2 days earlier than first estimated. My car was squeaky clean inside out. I would recommend this Gerber Collision facility in Tulsa, OK.

The total loss department was very helpful in this very difficult time. Jessica in particular was fantastic and tried to get all of my memorable items back to me as best she could. She was very kind and genuine in helping my family and I. If I could rate the service above five stars, I would.
