OK - 701 W Freeport St, Broken Arrow - 6/8/18

My wife and I have always used Gerber Collision because of the outstanding work and their attention to detail. A couple of weeks ago my wife was involved in a fender bender which did minor damage to our Traverse; Gerber Collision had us back on the road in no time. About a week later my wife and I were driving to OKC when my traction control light came on. Monday morning, I called Dave at Gerber and he said to bring it in and they would check it out. I received a phone call from Dave Monday afternoon letting me know that the traction control issue wasn't related to the wreck, however Gerber Collision fixed our Traverse, at no cost to us. Outstanding Customer Service; Kudos to Dave and Team.

Unfortunately, this was my THIRD trip to Gerber Collision in the last 7 years; every time someone backed into my car. I come back because my car always looks brand new when they finish. They do EXCELENT body work! I always tell them they hope never to return but if I need repairs, I WILL BE BACK.

I am extremely happy with service from Gerber Collision and Glass. They did a great job a year ago on bumper replacement of my new Lexus. After hitting a pot hole and popping it off, JB fixed it like new wit no charge and a smile!!!i received wonderful treatment by the whole staff. I will definitely recommend this company to friends!!! Thanks so much!!!!

By vehicle looks better than it did before the crash. David B and his crew did an unbelievable job, not only that I was unable to drive my car so they picked it up and brought it back to me which I think goes way above and beyond as far as customer service goes

My daughter recently had her new Outback in yiur shop for collision repairs. It was a very stressful time for her as thus was the first new car sge had ever bought on her own and it was hit just a couple of weeks after shw got it. Every one in your shop was very compassionate and professional with her. Also repairs were superbly done ans in a reasonable amount of time .I would most definitely refer your shop to my famiky and friends. Thank you for the wonderful job.
