I had an excellent experience at Gerber about a month ago. My date of loss was 08 July 2013 and they fixed my window framing after my window was shattered and broken into. Dwayne was extremely friendly and fixed my window quickly. This is my second experience with Gerber and Dwayne and both of my experiences have been wonderful. I will definitely be coming back if any more problems occur! Thank you again Gerber!

When I took the car in-Brian was excellent-he didn't make feel badly-he gave the quote and the insurance Co. was fine with it -when I brought the car in to get it fixed-he knew I was in a rush because I was leaving on vacation and arranged for someone to take me home without waiting hardly a min. and when I got back from my vacation-and picked up the car- he had saved me out ofd pocket money and gave me carnations as well-a very nice touch--he answered questiohns I had--of course the repair was just fine-,but Brian had just such a nice way about him-it was a pleasure-even tho it would be better without a accident

I finally got a chance to drive the car we picked up last week. My daughter was so happy to have it back that it's hardly been in the driveway! The car feels great to drive and looks great too. It is super clean inside & out. I really appreciated the phone call updates to let us know how the repairs were progressing. We did not get that from other body shops we have worked with. I hope we won't need any more car repairs in the future, but if we do, we will definitely be back to Gerber.
