We had collision work done a few months ago. I had a brand new Ford Taurus with only 300 miles on it. They replaced the back bumper and it looks amazing - just like new. Very professional! They gave me a carnation when I paid the bill which was a special touch that you wouldn't get anywherelse!

For some reason the question you sent to me was lost without a response, but I do want you to know that I was more than completely satisfied with the performance of the staff at your Austintown, OH location. My initial visit on Wed., 08/28 was very helpful. Both the secretary/receptionist and estimator went out of their way to explain things to me in a way that I understood. The wait was minimal and I was made comfortable. The reception area was very clean and the secretary offered me coffee. I was able to take my car to be fixed on Tue., 09/03. They arranged for a rental car and everything went very well. They promise my car would be ready by the 09/11. They actually had it ready on 09/09. The best part were the phone calls and e-mails I received every two days giving me an update of their progress. When I went to pick up my car they ... explained everything that was done. The car washed and cleaned inside and out. I would recommend Gerber in Austintown, OH to anyone. read more

Also I want to tel you how great it was working with Katie, she called each week several times and let me know what was going on as we as just answering my questing constantly.
