I had the pleasure of working with the Akron location on a personal rather than professional level to get my SUV repaired. It has been quite some time since I have gone through this process from the customer's point of view. Because I was not at fault, everything was going through the other party's insurance company so I was not sure how everything would get handled. Danielle was extremely helpful and courteous, answering my numerous emails full of questions and making the whole process such a breeze. My car looks awesome and I cannot thank everyone enough for such a great experience!

I am very satisfied with the service at the Mayfield Heights location! Paula greeted my wife and I with a smile, was prepared with all of our insurance information, and made the process as painless as possible. Paula kept us updated on the progress of our repairs through daily text messages, and went out of her way not only to have our vehicle done ahead of schedule (saving me the hassle of getting a rental), but also to get an estimate that was more than fair, given the age of my vehicle. The work was completed promptly and I had my vehicle back in two days. Very impressive.
