I've never been in an accident before until a couple weeks ago. I was anxious about getting repairs done seeing as I had just taken it to the dealership only a week prior for repairs. When my mom (whom is Mary but I drive the vehicle) told me to get it repaired at Gerber, I did, and I couldn't be happier. They explained everything that needed done in such an easily understandable way, were so warm when responding to my questions, and quickly put my mind at ease. After only a few days of work, I got my car back. It looks like a brand new car! You can't even tell that a Kia was once hooked into the front half of my Sentra. Everyone there is phenomenal and I highly recommend them!

I had called a couple different places since I did not know the area, but came here because Amber was so friendly on the phone.

Sadly, I wrecked my 2017 Ford Transit 2 weeks after buying it. I was really worried it would never be the same. I used Gerber because they were in the network of my Safco Insurance. I'm glad I did, because my car came back in flawless condition. I had both mechanical and body damage to the vehicle, and both were expertly repaired. They called me with updates every Tuesday and Thursday, which is really comforting when you are wondering what the status is. I can't recommend Gerber enough. Five stars!

Chose Gerber because it was an approved repair facility for State Farm and was recommended by my siste. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and the customer service and care provided. Kevin called me every other day to update me on the progress of the repair. And the work was completed one week prior to the estimated date. They did a terrific repair on my Chevy Cruze and I recommend this facility to anyone in need of vehicle repair work.
