OH - 5461 Mahoning Ave, Austintown - 4/19/18

Our 2011 Tucson got hit in a parking lot and there was a lot of damage to the driver side front and rear doors, front tire, bumper and hood. The car was towed to Gerber and from the moment they gt the car until the day we picked it up all shiny and new, they let us know step by step what the estimates were and what they were doing to fix the car. It was a great experience and a body shop I would highly recommend. Thanks Kevin for all you help!

Unfortunately, I've had to use Gerber before for other mishaps, but fortunately I have Gerber to use. Was in on a Monday to have them look at the ding on my door and they called Tuesday to set up the appointment. I was driving my truck back home on Wednesday and it looked looked like new. Not only no more ding, but washed and sparkling like new. They go beyond the call and that's why I give this local business my business. GREAT JOB AGAIN GUYS!!

very pleased this is aback truck and i was worried about the paint work matching no problem they did a excellent job ,i was very pleased as was my wife.very thorough,found a lot off damage i wasn't aware off ,thats why i don't do body work.....i am very pickey and they must off knew it ,couldn't have asked for a better job....thanks guys, highly recommend and they will be our body shop from now on

Excellent service. Staff very friendly and went above and beyond for me. The girl who really helped I think her name is Haring?? was very courteous and really made my visit pleasant. Very professional and my car looks great. You can not see where it was hit. I got the car back within a few days and I am beyond happy. I will recommend this collision center to everyone. Very impressed and had a great experience.
