My experience at Gerber Collision was excellent. Despite being busy, they were flexible in terns of when I was able to drop off my vehicle. The entire staff, in particular Rosario, was very extremely helpful, patient, and friendly and helped make the entire process easy. The repairs on my vehicle looked great and I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was washed and the interior detailed. I will definitely be using Gerber Collision for any autobody repairs in the future.

The staff called me frequently to update me on the status of the car. The work done made the car look good as new, and they were able to fix the glass on site as well. The car took a long time to get fixed, but would have taken much longer at any other shop in town based on the calls I made. I was fortunate to get into this shop. The customer service felt like the quality of a good mom and pop shop. Very satisfied
