The staff at Gerber was professional and friendly. They texted me during the repair process to keep me informed of the progress. My car was ready early--3 days early and I was excited!! From now on, they are my go-to people for repairs on my car. I absolutely recommend them.

I have worked with Gerber Collision and Glass two different times, and they are wonderful to work with. The first time was two years ago when I hit a deer, and my insurance company sent me to Gerber. They were able to repair my car, and it looked just like it did before the accident. (even better, actually!) When I hit a deer again this summer (believe it or not!) the outcome was not as good for my car, and the insurance company declared it a total loss. This is where Gerber really provided outstanding customer service. Loretta in the front office was absolutely invaluable to me as I went through the process of getting a second estimate, considering keeping the car as a salvage vehicle, and ultimately deciding that the safest thing for my family was to accept the insurance settlement and get a new car. I had many phone conversations with ... Loretta over a month's time, and she was so knowledgeable about the process and so compassionate that it really helped make difficult situation much easier. She also let me leave my car there for about a month while I decided what I was going to do. I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Gerber Collision and Glass on Ice Drive in Raleigh! read more
