They treat you right! This is my second time there. Just for kicks went to Caliber for an estimate and it was higher. But also I have to admit, Daniel at Gerber was more professional and personable. I don't think they even know how to treat their customers poorly. Totally recommend Gerber in Monroe NC every time.

The service was great! The people were so friendly and helpful! The only negative was they were so busy, they couldn't get my truck in for repairs for a couple of weeks. But once they got it, it was done in a timely manner and done right!

The new management took wonderful care of my car. I only had my car for 3 weeks & got rear ended and pushed into a pole while visiting Florida. It was drivable with quite a bit of body damage. Took it in for the second time once the new manager took over & got it back looking brand new once again! Thank you Gerber!!
