Quality of work is spectacular. The only hiccup was in the initial setting up the appointment. The professionalism they displayed correcting that was great. They took the time to explain the procedure of how it all worked. I received two call's updating me on the status of my repair. That meant so much. They completed my repair before the time initially stated.

Good afternoon, the staff at the Mooresville location was the most friendliest, most helpful, most courteous group that I've ever dealt with in 34 years. The process of getting repairs done to my vehicle, the paperwork, the scheduling, the updates about the repairs every few days and the end result was 2nd to none. I appreciate any recognition possible to this group of people and what they do day in and day out!

I would like to say these guys are beyond AMAZING! Jeff was amazing and had EXCELLENT communication during this hard time. He kept me up to date on every little detail with what was going on!! I was told my car wouldn't be ready until the middle of April and I got a call today letting me know it was ready for pick up! 2 weeks! They got it done in very good timing and took care of everything I needed and more! and not to mention my car looks BRAND NEW!!! Thanks so much you guys! Ya'll are truly amazing!!!!
