Having come from a "body shop" family (my dad and brother gave up their independent shop a few years ago) I was very picky about my car repair and wary of trusting a body shop to do it really well. I could not have asked for better service from Kevin Stelzer Repair Process Manager and Gary McGee Repairman. They were professional pleasant easy to reach and truly looked out for my interests in the repair process. I drove all the way from Charlotte to Huntersville for this repair and am so glad I did. I will recommend this shop to others.

Totally awesome - above and beyond expectations! Customer service is outstanding: efficient professional and thoughtful of customer concerns. Great communication with manager who provided frequent progress updates. Appreciated the complimentary car wash and interior cleaning. Exceptionally friendly staff and enthusiastic team who committed to miraculously quick turn-around time on my vehicle. Beautiful work: after taking my car home I walked into my garage that evening before bed and then first thing the next morning just to admire the body work and paint job that restored my car to its original perfection. I am one "happy camper!" Thank you!!
