"This email is in recognition of the excellent work and outstanding customer service delivered by Rick Martin and his team at the Huntersville, NC, store. I own two vehicles and both have been serviced by Rick and his team within the past 4 months. First, in November 2010, a raccoon destroyed the front bumper and billet grill of my 2004 Nissan 350Z. During the repair process Rick kept me informed of the status and timing to complete. In addition to the repairs, I asked Rick to please give the car a nice polish / wax. Although I made the additional "shine" request, the car was completed in accordance to the original estimate and in line with the original cost communicated to me. The car is still beautiful! My second vehicle, a 1992 Mazda B2600i pickup truck was hit in the right rear panel by another vehicle on a rainy ... January 2011 night. I've enjoyed this truck for 12 years; it's mechanically strong, has low miles, and I'm not ready to give it up. During my initial conversation with Rick I shared my love of the truck and asked him, if at all possible, to please work his magic. When I made this request I had no idea the hurdles and walls Rick would experience. Given the truck's age, discontinued and hard to find parts, meeting my request resulted in quite a challenge; however, Rick never gave up! Just as he did with my car, he kept me informed during the parts search and repair process. Rick could have easily salvaged the truck, but knowing how much the truck means to me he never gave up. Throughout the entire process Rick demonstrated industry knowledge, professionalism and a genuine desire to exceed my expectations - which he and the team did! Just as Rick and team did with my car, the entire truck was given a nice shine! It's absolutely beautiful; I've received multiple compliments and am quite grateful for the extra miles Rick went! Tru2Form in Huntersville, NC, sets the bar high for the entire company and surrounding businesses! If and when I need collision repair again, Tru2Form in Huntersville, NC, is the only option I will consider. " read more

In december my husband was driving out Pruis on major highway (Hwy 74) in NC to meeting at Pinehurst in early morning when a deer bolted into his car, smashing the front completely. Our insurance company (Peerless) advised us to get our car to a True2Form service site, which fortunately has a place very near out home in Porters Neck NC. We were, of course, a wreck ourselfes, facing getting car repaired and figuring out alternative transportation while doing so. From the very get go of talking with your service personnell in the Porters Neck office, to driving over for the assessment process, we felt we were in expert hands. What a relief. We were able to learn how long it woudl take to repair the Prius (a little less than two weeks), and guided across the hall to the on side enterprise car rental service for immediate rental of a Chrysler ... Station Wagon. The paperwork filing to the insurance company was completely taken care of by your staff, all paperwork for the service, and rental was carried out super smoothly. In fact, they even tracked me down before I got back home to advise me that I left my thermos bottle of coffee there in the enterprise office, which I was able to swing back immediately and retrieve. We were worried that it would be complicated to repair the car as it is new model hybrid. However the staff assured us this would not be a problem, and indeed, the repaired car looked beautiful when returned to us, on time, with one simple check written.Thank you for your wonderfully competent company. read more
